Our AI integrations, better known as Jonas, work like your smart assistant. For example, Jonas helps with adding smart responses to workflows and carrying out AI instructions.

Jonas automatically carries out instructions for you in a workflow. This means Jonas helps you make decisions by analysing your instructions in the background and providing answers. The AI texts appear automatically at the right moment in the workflow, for example after a specific task or action. This gives you the information precisely when you need it.
With voice tasks you can easily record something. AI immediately converts your message into text and adds it to your workflow. Useful for a salesperson who is on the road, during a progress meeting, or while walking back home when that one brilliant idea suddenly comes to mind.
With Jonas you can quickly and easily add responses to case items. If you want to write a response, you give Jonas an instruction. Jonas analyses your instruction and provides an answer. For example, this helps you create a summary or a translation. This means you have to do less yourself and the work moves faster.
You have insight into the use of Jonas, both in workflow responses and in Jonas instructions. User ratings with or are also visible here, so you can quickly see which instructions work well and which still need improvement. This allows you to optimise the Jonas instructions in your workflows step by step.
Does your organisation also work with international employees? Then you will regularly want to translate the right fields. Jonas now makes that easy as well.
